First off I have to say that eating at NAS Jax has little choices as far as healthy unless you can make it to the galley which I was not always able to do. So, greasy food it was. I have to say that it was a nice treat to eat it a little more often. I am glad I had my Plexus by my side because through all the stress of Josh being sick, I did not gain a single solid pound. My scale fluctuated a bit but always went back down within 24 hours of eating a little too much. I am walking away from these past few weeks down 2 more pounds. I have lost a total of 18 pounds while on Plexus, giving me an annual total since January 1 of 38 pounds! That is nuts. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 10 (or in shirt sizes a XL to a Medium).
